A Transfer should be created when you are making a Transfer from one branch to another branch, within your own company.
To manage Transfer, go to Transfer Window:

  1. Click Transfer at the top of menu bar
  2. You can create new Transfers, view and manage existing Transfers through this window

To create a Transfer:

  1. From the Transfer Window, select the Source Branch and Destination Branch for the Transfer
  2. Click Create Transfer
  3. Enter an Invoice No, or use the one sequentially generated by Gazelle
  4. Enter the transferred items with their quantities at the right section (leave cost and sell as they are)
  5. If a transfer item is fulfilling an Order from Branch, use the Fulfill Pending Orders button and select the appropriate order entries (see Ordering from Branch article)
  6. Enter the shipping cost if there is any
  7. Click Save
  8. Select Yes when prompted to post the Transfer (See Post and Unpost Purchase/Transfer for more details on posting concept)
After you have created the Transfer:
  • If you have chosen to post the Transfer, the stock quantity of the items will be adjusted
From the Transfer Window, right click on a Transfer to carry out operations on that Transfer such as:
  • Posting/Unposting an existing Transfer (See Post and Unpost Purchase/Transfer for more details on posting concept)
  • Editing an existing Transfer
  • Deleting an existing Transfer 
  • Printing Transfer Invoice/Delivery Order
