To administer Staffs in Gazelle, you will need to access the Staff window. The Staff window can be accessed by doing the steps below:

  1. Login as Admin to Headquarter
  2. Click Admin (top right menu bar), select Entity then select Staff
  3. The Staff Window would be opened

In the Staff Window:

  • The list of registered Staffs will be shown on the left Staff Table
  • Select a Staff from the Staff Table, right-click and select Show Record to show the Sales history of the Staff
  • Select a Staff from the Staff Table, right-click and select Delete Staff to delete the Staff

TAB OPTION DESCRIPTION
Information Name (Login) The name that the Staff will use to login to Gazelle
Information First/Last Name Actual name of the Staff
Information E-mail The Staff e-mail, ensure that the Staff e-mail is correct since it will be used in many parts of Gazelle
System Password Password of the Staff. If you are editing an existing Staff and you are not changing the Staff password, leave this blank
System Confirm Password Confirmation of the Staff. If you are editing an existing Staff and you are not changing the Staff password, leave this blank
System Branch Association The Branch Association Table lists the Branches that the Staffs are allowed to login. For instance if the Branch Headquarter is in the Table for the Staff, then he/she can login to Headquarter. If the Branch is not listed in the Table, Gazelle would forbid him/her to login to that Branch
Others Image URL The Staff image URL i.e : Photo. See article Dropbox Public URL


Note that when creating a Staff:

  • You have to assign at least a Branch to the Staff so the Staff can login to that Branch (see Branch Association Table above)
  • You have to assign a Staff Group to the new Staff (See Staff Group article), otherwise Gazelle would forbid him/her from logging in to the system
